Once your order has shipped, you will receive shipping or tracking information when available.

DeKalb Farmers Co-op is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once an order has been shipped.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to the nature of some of the products we sell, certain items may not be eligible for shipping or may have shipping restrictions based on size, weight, product type, or destination.

If we are unable to ship an item included in your order, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
