Application Rates
The proper application rate depends on soil pH and soil-test calcium levels. For sports and recreational turf and residential lawns:
- Maintenance: 5–6 lb. per 1,000 sq. ft., or 220–265 lb. per acre.
- Corrective application: 10–12.5 lb. per 1,000 sq. ft., or 440–550 lb. per acre.
Apply to dry turf and water in. Sweep granules off porous surfaces such as tennis courts, concrete, and blacktop. Always read and follow the product label.
